No Diet Day

No Diet Day represents a journey of nearly half-way into the year, and nearly half a year from our New Year’s Resolutions. For those who have held fast to them, this often means that they have endured five months of careful consideration of their diets. Encourage your clients to take a break. Offer the clients that you know are dieting a small chocolate as a congratulations. Let them know that you know how well they’ve done and for them to keep it up… but they’re aloud to cheat every once and a while
